Shenzhen Xilu New Material Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shenzhen Xilu Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. established in 2006, is a national high-tech enterprise that has been deeply involved in the field of functional new materials for nearly 20 years. Its headquarters is located in the core industrial belt of Bantian, Longgang, Shenzhen, and it has nearly 10000 square meters of Class 1000 dust-free production workshops. It is one of the few specialized and innovative enterprises in China that has independent research and development and large-scale production capabilities for three core products: organic silicon leather, EMI electromagnetic shielding film, and TFT aluminum reflective film.
The company's core positioning is "material innovation drives industrial upgrading", focusing on the material pain points in the high-end manufacturing field. It has created a fully closed-loop industrial chain from formula research and development, substrate modification to finished product mass production. Its products widely cover dozens of high value-added tracks such as consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, smart wearables, rail transit, high-end home furnishings, medical equipment, etc., and have served more than 1200 leading customers in the industry worldwide. Its market share in segmented fields remains at the forefront in China.
Development History
In 2006, the company was officially registered and established, initially focusing on the research and development of display backlight materials. It was the first to launch the first generation of domestically produced TFT aluminum reflective film, breaking the technological monopoly of overseas manufacturers.
In 2012, the first fully automated functional thin film coating production line was built, and the annual production capacity of TFT aluminum reflective film exceeded 10 million square meters, entering the supply chain system of mainstream panel manufacturers in China.
In 2018, a special research and development team for electromagnetic shielding materials was established, and the technical breakthrough of EMI electromagnetic shielding film was officially launched. In the same year, it was awarded the title of National High tech Enterprise.
In 2021, EMI electromagnetic shielding film achieved mass production, with product performance benchmarking international first-line brands, successfully entering the supply chain of top domestic consumer electronics brands.
• 2023: Layout the organic silicon leather track, build the first fully automated and environmentally friendly organic silicon leather production line in South China, and pass the IATF16949 automotive industry quality system certification.
In 2024, the brand strategy upgrade will be completed and officially renamed as "Shenzhen Xilu New Material Technology Co., Ltd.", forming a business pattern of coordinated development of three core products.
By 2025, it will be recognized as a specialized, refined, unique, and new small and medium-sized enterprise in Guangdong Province. The annual production capacity of organic silicon leather will exceed 1.2 million meters, and the annual production capacity of EMI electromagnetic shielding film will soar to 6 million square meters.
By 2026, we will have obtained over 110 relevant technology patents and exported our products to 23 countries and regions worldwide, with overseas revenue accounting for over 32%.
Core Product System
EMI electromagnetic shielding film
In response to high-frequency and high-speed electronic signal interference scenarios, the company has developed a full range of high-performance electromagnetic shielding film products, covering three major technological routes: metal foil based, metalized composite film, and nano silver carbon based. The product can be as thin as 5 μ m or less, with a shielding efficiency of over 90dB. It is suitable for harsh scenarios such as FPC wiring of flagship smartphones, AR/VR smart wearable devices, and new energy vehicle electronic control systems, and can simultaneously achieve the three effects of shielding, thermal conductivity, and insulation, meeting the development needs of miniaturization and high integration of high-end electronic devices.
TFT aluminum reflective film
As a classic benchmark product of the company, our self-developed TFT aluminum reflective film adopts high-precision mirror aluminum plating and weather resistant coating technology, with a stable reflectivity of over 95%. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low light decay, and no rainbow patterns. It has passed 1000 hours of high temperature and high humidity aging testing and is widely used in fields such as LCD display backlight modules, car displays, MiniLED backlights, etc. It has achieved batch stable supply for 11 consecutive years and has been recognized by industry customers for a long time.
High performance functional film matrix
Based on the diverse downstream scenarios, the company has developed a full range of high-performance functional films, covering dozens of sub categories such as hardened scratch resistant films, high transparency enhancement films, optical diffusion films, insulation films, and high-temperature resistant PET protective films. Customized material selection and overall solutions can be provided according to customers' different working conditions.
High end silicone leather
Based on years of accumulation in polymer material modification technology, the company has independently developed a full range of organic silicon leather, using a 100% environmentally friendly organic silicon formula, solvent-free and zero VOC emissions, with excellent performance of -30 ℃ low temperature resistance, 1000h salt spray resistance, hydrolysis resistance, easy cleaning, and flame retardant level reaching B1. It covers multiple application scenarios such as automotive interiors, car seats, high-speed rail seats, high-end home furnishings, medical equipment, intelligent robot simulated skin, yacht interiors, etc., and can support deep customization of different textures, colors, and special functions.
R&D and Quality Strength
The company has built a research and development testing center of over 1000 square meters, equipped with more than 100 precision testing equipment such as gas chromatography, shielding effectiveness analyzer, high and low temperature cycle testing box, friction resistance testing machine, etc. It has set up specialized physical and chemical laboratories, environmental reliability laboratories, and material analysis laboratories, which can complete the full process performance testing from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the warehouse.
At present, the R&D team of the company accounts for over 30% of the total number of personnel, and the core technical personnel have more than 15 years of experience in the new materials industry. At the same time, the company has established long-term industry university research cooperation relationships with many universities such as South China University of Technology and Shenzhen University. In the past three years, the company has completed 27 technological process iterations and led and participated in the formulation of 3 industry group standards.
The company has passed multiple authoritative system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, and all products have passed ROHS, REACH, FDA food grade contact certification. It has established a 7S full process production management standard and controlled the product defect rate below 0.3%. It has been awarded the title of "Guangdong Province Contract abiding and Credit worthy Enterprise" for 8 consecutive years.
